Within my practice, I explore identity, feminism, and ethnicity through new media art forms. Through image generation, video, emerging pieces of software, and internet art, I explore ideas of women, cyborgism, and ethnic matrilineally. I am a politically engaged feminist media artist, working in a variety of forms. I wish to tell complex, unconventional stories in new media from unfamiliar perspectives. My practice spans interventions on the internet, and the appropriation of mainstream media. I also attempt performance art in virtual environments, through video art, net art, and video games.
